  • USA Shipping

    MOST PURCHASES ARE SHIPPED SAME DAY IF ORDER IS RECEIVED BY 3PM. We ship with USPS, priority with delivery confirmation. Your delivery confirmation code will be emailed when item/s are shipped. All items under "Free Shipping" will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. All shipping cost are actual cost given by USPS, there is no charge for packaging and handling. USA SHIPPING We offer FLAT RATE shipping within the USA Standard Shipping Priority  - 2-4 business days - $6 If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time given above, Contact us here at: contact@jemimajackman.com for the tracking number, which you can present to your local post office to track your package.
  • International Shipping
    • JEMIMA JACKMAN ships from the US with USPS postal service, all shipping cost are actual cost given by USPS. There is no charge for packaging and handling.
    Standard Shipping to Canada USPS First Class International - $12USD Standard International Shipping (outside of the U.S. and Canada) USPS First Class International - $15USD General International Shipping Information Orders shipped via USPS First Class International usually take between 6 - 14 business days to arrive. Once shipped, most orders arrive within times given above. However, some orders shipped overseas may take up to one month to arrive due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. customs, holidays, adverse weather conditions, etc.) In the rare cases when that happens, thank you for being patient with delivery. Tracking status will be updated once the package has arrived in it's destination country.

  • Returns & Exchanges
    If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase--you may return it for a full refund less shipping charges. Item must be stored in a SMOKE and PET-FREE environment and returned in NEW UNUSED CONDITION within 7 days of receipt, to qualify for refund.
